APPS schema suddenly locked account

 Hello,

While running adautocfg.sh script it returned an error that can't connect to apps schema. 

Tried to connect via sqlplus and it returns "account locked". I unlocked it manually with "alter user" after which I've been able to start the apps tier. Exited with status 0 but when I try to log in through the browser it gives "Unable to authenticate session".

After a while the APPS account was locked again. I've unlocked it once again, run the adautocfg.sh both on apps tier and db tier (after updating the db tier with admkappsutil.pl) and apps account isn't locked anymore, but I'm still unable to log in via web browser. The message "Unable to authenticate session" is still there.
