Archivelog deletion policy for archives on FRA

Hi Gurus,
Thanks for looking into my post
I was reading 11.2 documentation which says that we need to mention "Archivelog deletion policy " as either

in below documentation

In my environment, I have not mentioned above but still see warning message in the netbackup logs mentioning that the archive is needed for standby or downstream process and not getting deleted from FRA.. any reason why ?
