BI Publisher burster program erroring only in Production

The BI Publisher burster program for Contract printing errors out or does not print when Terms and Conditions are selected. Emailing the contract is working fine. This happens only in production and test instances and not in development instances. We upgraded to Exadata in November and all of our instances are on Exadata. 

Production and test instances are multi-tier.  The program used to work fine before migration to Exadata. Here's the log from bursting conc. request.  This is a custom program that uses xml control files to attach specific T&C's based on org and some other conditions. Let me know if you have any other questions regarding the setup etc.
