Glitch Message

Hi All,
After i log into the application as admin and tried to execute the below mentioned steps
1. Go to User Administration and select Edit User
2.Check on Force password change and click on Finish
3.Log out of the application as admin
4.Re-login as the user for whom we wished to change the password
 When i executed step 4 ii am getting the below attached message. can anyone please help me why i am getting such message which doesn't have any messages and instead has lines. we are using RPAS 13.2.3.27 version

any help is highly appreciated





when i log into my previous version ie 13.0.4.17 and tried the above steps am getting the below mentioned message
