[ARM] Enhancement Request - Allow user delegation

Hi,

Assuming a scenario, where a user is Out-Of-Office attending high priority event and couldnt be part of the regular reconciliations, there is no provision in ARM for him to delegate this to his sub-ordinates / fill-in person. In such cases, an Admin has to manually change the user in the Workflow and do "Copy To Period". It would be exciting to have this feature (as like in Hyperion Planning Task Lists) where user himself can delegate it to his role fill-in person and revoke it once he is back.
