Bank Statement Loader is not recognizing year 2013

Good day, the bank statement loader is not recognizing the statement date 02-JAN-2013, I checked the setup for the mappings and calendar and it all looks good.  Is there somewhere else that I can check to fix this? 

This is what it is producing:

Statement Number = 121201

Date: 12-JAN-1212 12:01:00

Status: New

Creation Date: 03-JAN-2013 16:18:36
