DFF on Distribution lines

EBusiness Suite Version 12.1.3

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to set up a Descriptive Flexfield on the Invoice Distribution line that will be required if certain GL combinations are used.  Ideally, there would be a list of valid values that the user could choose from.  Thank you in advance for any help anyone can provide.
