Load Bank Statement Data Program not finding records

When running the Bank Statement Loader, the Run SQL*Loader-BAI2 successfully writes records to ce.ce.stmt_int_tmp

Table "CE"."CE_STMT_INT_TMP":

  83 Rows successfully loaded.

  0 Rows not loaded due to data errors.

  0 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.

  0 Rows not loaded because all fields were null.

However the next step Load Bank Statement Data completes but does not upload the records. 

We recently changed hardware and have experienced directory issues.  How does the program know which server to use?  Would there be any other reason why it does not find the records?

Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
