Rolling 12 Months

I have a requiest to create a graph that shows the number of call reports created by month for a rolling 12 months.  I can do this with no issues for the current year but have not been able how to fiigure out how to do a rolling 12 months without using prompts.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
