Hi,
Upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 with Patch 9239090


1. apply upgrade patch  9239090
2.  adworker04 failed with afnllang.ldt
3. adptach log shows...
FAILED: file afnllang.ldt on worker  4.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue

ldt log shows..

/o001/home/oracle/r12app/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/afnllang.ldt) to staging tables
