After applying patch: 14724976 11i - IRECEIVABLES IS TAKING TOO LONG TO LOGIN FOR EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS -


.pls files are not  executed while applying adpatch

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
14724976 has been applied in uatgb instance , but adpatch has skipped the execution of .pls files with below message.we need to why this was happend.
Turning off the following actions as it is not an admin server node:
Action       Product Filename                            Directory
------------------------------------------------------------------
sql          ar      ARIUTILS.pls                        patch/115/sql
sql          ar      ARIDBUTLB.pls                       patch/115/sql
sql          ar      ARIUTILB.pls                        patch/115/sql

SQL> select node_name,SUPPORT_CP,SUPPORT_FORMS,SUPPORT_WEB,SUPPORT_ADMIN,STATUS from apps.fnd_nodes
