Adding notification reminders in purchasing workflows r12.1.3

Hello
In PR Approval workflow we have currently setup reminder at 2 day interval for Infrastructure type of PR and 3 day approval reminder for non Infra.

We need to add more reminders for the change order Workflow to be sent daily basis on business days only.

I am new to this area.  Where and how can I make this change.

This is on Oracle EBS r12.1.3 Purchasing workflows.
