We have 2 R12 instances out of which we updated one of them to use java 7. Now some users are not able to loging to the other instance that still uses java 6 unless they had selected the option to do so when logging in. We know the workaround is for these users to remove java 7 and have it re-installed that will force them to use the option to use the old java for the other instance. Is there any other workaround where dont need to remove the java 7. Is there any profile that needs to be
