Commitment Encumbrance integrity issue

Hi everybody I have an issue with commitments.

I have created a purchase order with this information:
Quantity requested: 2429500 EA (To help me receive partial quantities)
Unit Cost: $1
Tax explanation code: "S"
Tax : 16%.

When I inquire P43230A program, the ammount commited is  $ 2,818,220.00 ( 2429500 x $1 X1.16 ), which is correct and when I received a partial quantity of 267245 EA , I expected have a release amount of $310,004.02 (267245 X $1 X 1.16) but the program P40230A shows a released ammount of $ 655,965.00 and quantity released  of 267245.


I don't understand from where the system obtains an ammount of $ 655,965.00.

This is a known issue ? Any idea to get the correct ammount commited and released?
