Oracle iProcurement Punchout Catalog Question

To create an Oracle iProcurement punchout catalog directly to the supplier, do I need a file from the supplier containing categories and UOMs?  I have to do the category and UOM mapping to Oracle values.  Once mapped, would you please confirm that I can use the bulk load function to load into Oracle.  This is not local content though.  Thank you.  Joanne
