Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES.SHIPMENT_DIRECTION

I have been seeing few pick slips being dropped that should be customer shipments but WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES.SHIPMENT_DIRECTION has "IO" as a value. Which would incidate it is an Internal Shipment. I would like to find out what is causing this field to be populated.

I am not familar with Oracle Apps. Could someone point me in some direction where I can start digging into how this field is being populated. It started happening after a specific date. We treat O as customer shipment and IO and Intra Org.
