Issue in warehouse managment system

Hi ,

 Item Loaded to HHT with P5271318 instead on LPN R0227635. Item was sent down to plant and Unloaded from the trailer. When it was time for the item to be dropped to the line side location this error came up. (P5271318) contains no items. Need to drop items to sub 20 locator 3830.L151720.

We can see pending transaction (without error) with LPN R0227635. Also we have loaded task in WCB with same item and LPN.

Please let me solution action plan to resolved it.
