List of tables and descriptions.

I am a new user to JDE 9.1 and would like to know where to pull a list of tables available in the GL, AP, AR, Inventory and Fixed Asset modules, with descriptions of what the tables are for.

Also in particular I am looking to download PO approval routes created with detail of the threshold behind each.  I can see that I can download the list of codes from P43008 application but do not know how best to download the detail behind each code.
