Localization implementation steps validation

 Hi,
As there is no clear guide available to implement Localization from CNC point of view, help me validate the steps to implement a localization for any country in JDe

1) Check if the entry exista for country in in UDC h96P/ET. If no add it.

2) Login to Dep envt on Dep server and Enable enhancement for only the country you intend to implement localization for(Confused onthis step if it is really required or not)
    Make sure there is not any other country localization enabled in P96450

3)Apply plug and play ESU and localization ESU and perform special instructions, viz. running on R96450 etc
