Deleting a Journal.

 Dear All,We have an issue with two journals that the user is neither able to approve nor post. The "Approve" button is inactive. As a result, two other  journals were manually entered and posted. We want to delete these two journals since they have already been replaced in the books and posting them will cause a duplication. Kindly assist.
