Utility that updates firmware on StorageTek 2530 array?

We have a StorageTek 2500 series array that need to update the firmware from 06.70.54.11 to the 07.xx.xx.xx.  Got the latest CAM (p13465591_690_WINNT) and the latest firmware patches (147661-03), but cannot seem to locate the utilities that is references in the StorageTek 2500 array firmware upgrade document V 1.4.2013Can someone please point the firmware update utility file to download?
