HTTP 404 NOT FOUND while opening front end in 11i

Hi All,

when i am opening frontend in 11i i am getting the login page and then i am getting as http404 error not found.

I triied bouncing apps its showing as :

Apache Web Server Listener is not running.
Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated HTTP) ...
Apache Web Server Listener (PLSQL) is not running.
Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated PLSQL) ...
Can you please help me on this issue?
