Steps to integrate Oracle Apps with Oracle Apex

Hi ,
We have a requirement where in we need to integrate the APEX with oracle apps .
Is it possible, if yes , how.
The requirement is
1) we need to create invoices in APEX and then same should be interface to oracle ebs as invoices.
