Dear All,Our intention is to implement OPM. We will ask consultation company to do that.
What information we should proveide the company to fulfill this project; Will we prepare the Chart Of Account, Finished Products Bill of Material, Finished products....etc.
I'm asking this in order to save as much time as we can.
