HFM 11.1.2.2 Sample application setup

 Hi,
I have installed and configured HFM 11.1.2.2 on Windows 2008 x64 server. Sample application option was not there at the time of installation. Only ADM driver, Web Applications and Financial Management Server options were there. Why other options are not available? 

Now how to load the sample application? Where can I get the sample application files?
