Patch 8815204 is not able to generate form QLTTXN.pll successfully

Hi Team,
In our process of Upgrade , we merged following Interop Patch (10193407,5644137,7456837,8815204,9535311,9835302 ) and received the following error on all our environments . Soon we will be moving to PROD , so need help from your end to past this issue .

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        QLTTXN.pll



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : yes

Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.
