Orders Not Releasing to Warehouse

 Hi,
   Sales Orders are not getting released when we try to pick release.  They come back to Ready to Release status after pick releasing even though on hand quantity exists and periods are open. Please help me by listing out due to what various reasons this scenario occurs. We get this issue mostly when trying to pick from an WMS enabled organization.
