Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hello every one!

i was starting up the database and received error ' cannot lock datafile 9'

the datafile was for test purpose i need it to drop it so i used

SQL> ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE 9 OFFLINE DROP;

after that i wanted to open the database but the ora-01194 occured

i am still remained stuck, please help!
