GL_DAILY_RATES table and column status_code = 'O'

 We are in process of upgrading our oracle applications from 11i to R12.1.3. After upgrade on test, we have found that there are no rows for status_code = 'O' but before upgrade there were many. Could you please let me know what has went wrong and how it can be resolved.
