Error when Create DQM indexes - Upgrade from 10g to 11gR2

Hi,

I am doing an upgrade from 10g to 11gR2 and in step "Create DQM indexes" get the following error: Error 4063 in ORACLE FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.HZ_PARTY_STAGE" has errors
ORA-06508: PL / SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.HZ_PARTY_STAGE"
ORA-06512: at line 1
