New application deployment

Every time i deploy a new J2EE application in Weblogic server(10.3) environment, grid console (11g Grid control) shows it in DOWN status. Is there a way i can reload the status for newly re-deployed application in Weblogic server environment? So far, i am removing the target and adding it back in Grid Console to overcome this issue. Is there a better solution?Thanks in advance!
