R12CRP0: 12.1.3 replacement option for patch 14001330 as mentioned in note 954704.1

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We are applying all the RPC patches on top of 12.1.3.
The note 954704.1 indicates, we should apply patch 14001330. But the patch 14001330 is obsoleted and not downloadable.
Please advise replacement patch that we should apply instead!!
