Get Property Value in product script

Our version of siebel is "8.1.1.7 SIA [21238] ENU".  We have method SetAttribute to set property value using in events like Cfg_AttributeChanged (ChangedAttribute) in product script. Do have any equivalent method to get value of a property ? Please advice.
