Hi,
When applying patch :14048432,form APXINWKB.fmb not generated successfully.

Errors:

Please enter the name of your AutoPatch driver file : u14048432.drv

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ap    forms/US    APXINWKB.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
