iExpenses - When selecting audit issue

When selecting auditing ie. missing receipt or policy violation - additional instructions column is not appearing in R12.1.3

IN 11i - when users enter missing receipt as an audit issue - additional instructions box will come where users enter fre-form instructions and these instructions are passed on with notifications to the preparer
