Notification not show purchase requisition

Hi all 
     Please kindly advise I have an issue 

When I create Purchase Requisition using I procurement, it pass to the first approver.

And when the first approver look through the detail in notification , it didn't show requisition. ( I don't render the field) 

Please kindly advise.
