Not able to reference locations using geography name referencing Program

Hi All ,

I am Not able to reference locations using geography  name referencing Program . Getting below o/p . how ever there are no Error codes .

Total number of Processed Locations:1
Number of Successfully Processed Locations:0
Number of Locations in Error:1
