Roles disappears for user

Hi!

We are running Fatwire 7.6.1.

We have an internal user which has his own account for system. His account in LDAP system functions normally and ACLs are in place, but during time for some reasons he lost access to sites in advanced interface, it was on June and December. By losing access, I mean he lost roles to particular sites (please refer to screenshots).

So, previously he had some roles for some sites, but now roles just disappeared. In logs (futuretense), nothing can be found if user deleted/expired/removed.

Could you please advice how to monitor changes related to user accounts in advance UI? Is there any possibilty to enable logging for such activitty as user adding/removing etc? Any other comments are also appreciated.
