how to Automate Shipping no. ?? in Inter Org Transfer form

Hi ALL, hope you all fine

using interorg form we use to trasfer the material form one inventory org to another and for that behind we have to make the Shipping Network .. now what i am looking forward to ask you is that in the Inter Org form there is Shipping Manner field and which we use to right the no. (open handed) now it is cleints required how to automate the same ... means it would be in the sequence ??? like 1,2,3,4, .... or any other number sequence ??? or alphabatic sequence ??

it is possible except personlization ???

i know this culd be done through personlization but is there any feature without personlizaiton ??
