Customer name consists of special character like '&' not appearing in bursting xml

Hello Gurus,

We have an issue. Recently business started sending AR invoice through email using XML bursting functionality. But few custmers having name containing '&' in that. When we run the AR invoice program, name starts before '&', do not appear in the email.

 Recently we have gone through the XML white paper and found one note ''XML Publisher Bursting Program Truncates Ampersand '&' Character from Email Addresses [ID 1080971.1]'. Would like to whether this note will help in resolving this issue or is there any other patch available for the same. For example customer name is 'UNITED WATER MANAGEMENT & SERVICES INC', but it is showing only 'SERVICES INC' in email.
