Create Accounting hangs

Good day

When we set Create accounting to run one by one it works but when we set it to use alll our finance concurrent managers

it gets stuck and hangs, I then have to use the cmclean script to get the jobs going again, does anyone have similiar issue, we are on the latest patches

Please let me know
