Hi,
Scnerio

JOB having 1 in housr and 2 OPS operations.

In 3 rd operation user found that because of OSP vendor he dont wnat to accept the material want to  do return to vendor.

Cna any once suggest me how to resove the issue If RTV done Job in still in Released status only.How to complete the Job

We are working for India localization.
