11gr2 install on windows 7 64 bit pro

Hi all,

I have a very strange issues when trying to install 11.2.0.1 onto windows 7.

the oui starts and get onto the pre-reqs check page, this checks everything to 100% then the installer bombs out and I get nothing.

there are no errors that I can see in the installActions log

the end of the log is pasted below
