Error applying Siebel 8.1.1.9 QF0101001 (15981157)

 Hi All,
I am currently in the process of applying the latest QFs to my 8.1.1.9 sandbox environment (which turned out to be a full-day-task).
- I downloaded all QFs
- extracted all the files within the zips
- set JAVA_HOME and created an image using SNIC.bat from command line
- afterwards again extracted all the resulting TAR files manually
- then installed PEARL
- again fired up a command line, set my ORACLE_HOME to the Web Client directory
- started oPatch Utility and applied a few QFs successfully

However, when trying to apply QF0101001 to Web Client I am receiving an error by oPatch Utility:
