How to change the Asset Life in Fixed Assets

 Hi Team,

This is my first post here.

My question is that , we can manually change the life of an asset either in Mass Changes Form or Assets Work Bench (/ Books). Here , we can manually change the life of asset(s) but i need to change the life of 1000's of assets which belongs to different asset groups. So i cant change the life of each asset manually as it takes much effort and time, so can any one here please guide me with the solution so that i can complete the things soon.
