Menu filtering issues with 9.1.2

Hi.

We have an issue with menu filtering and multiple roles in TR9.1.2.  We have two roles attached, ROLE1 and ROLE2.  ROLE1 has menu filtering and ROLE2 has none.  Both are assigned as *ALL.  When signing in as *ALL the full menu is displayed as if no menu filtering were applied.  But when you drill down into the menu every destination submenu is empty.  If you sign on using ROLE1 only the menu filtering displays as expected and the tasks are are available.

I can't find anything that says menu filtering in a multiple role situation is an issue.  Multiple roles with menu filtering is critical for this installation.  Does anyone know if this is an issue in 9.1.2?  Or maybe if there are restrictions with menu fijltering I have not come across?
