Cancel Sales Order Line with WMS enabled
One of our warehouses has WMS enabled. We ran into some issues where after the sales order was pick released and sometimes pick confirmed, the Customer Service person was able to cancel the sales order line. I know in a non-wms environment you cannot cancel a line that has been pick released.
Does anyone know if this is standard functionality or is there a bug?
We are currently running R12.1.2
