How can I clone oracle home on the same server, but different location?

I installed oracle home on /u01/app/oracle/product/11g, I plan to move to /orabase/app/oracle/peoduct/11g, can I copy the /u01/app/oracle/product/11g to the new location, then run the relink all? Thanks
