Price Book Issues

 Hi All,
  I am facing  two issue regarding price book . Please kindly provide me your valuable suggestions. We are on 12.1.3

   1. I am trying to create a price book and in the publishing options I am selecting the template as Price Book Details and output as Excel. When I try to open the output I get a blank excel page but some times I get data. I observed that when ever there is a huge data there is no output. We have installed office 2003 in our server and I assume 2003 excel has maximum of 65,000 lines.  So when ever the data consists of more than 65,000 columns the excel output is blank where as the PDF output is
