UK PAY: P45 Output in XML rather than PDF

Hi,

Users have reported that when they run the P45 Process they are experiencing an error with the P45 A4 Report which is spawned from the P45 process. The request completes with a warning and when the user clicks on the output button the output is displayed as XML rather than in PDF format. First of all this issue was occurring with one user. A few days later the issue was now affecting two users. The user then asked another user to run the report with exactly the same parameters and the report completed successfully and was viewed in PDF as
